Leadership Training

I have worked in the local church for the last 18 years and have seen it all regarding leadership styles. I have been a part of Lewis Fellow Leadership cohort and The Non-Profit Leadership Development at the University of Richmond. What I have found is that leadership is indeed the building block for an active and healthy youth ministry (or any ministry for that matter). Leadership is critical for anyone who works with students and for students who are leading other students. We would be happy to come in and work with your team of adults, students or ministry staff.
